| | Dear Friends, December is always an exciting month, and I am so happy to announce the new classes, events, and performances that will take place this Holiday Season! Now is the time to consider supporting our programs and the lives they change - through an end of year gift, volunteer hours, or attendance at a class or event. Getting to make choreography (as my profession, no less!!) for all these years is no small thing. And I don’t forget, for a second, that it is YOU who has allowed this to happen. Join us this Saturday, December 2 from 6 - 7:00 p.m. and witness the creative process of Emmy Award Winning choreographer, John Malashock, as he begins to create new choreography with the Malashock Dance Company! This rare “behind the scenes” look into the process of the choreographer and dancers is a truly unique experience. The completed work will premier in the 30th Anniversary Concert March 17 – 25, 2018 at the Lyceum Theater. Enjoy light bites and beverages, interact with fellow dance-lovers and our staff and Company in the beautiful Abbe Wolfsheimer Studio at Malashock Dance. All ages welcome! | | | | '30 for 30' FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS | | MATCHING GIFT CAMPAIGN An anonymous donor has pledged $30,000 challenge gift, contingent upon our ability to secure a 1:1 match for our 30th Anniversary from NEW donors or current donors who will donate to this special campaign in addition to their regular annual gift. This is an opportunity to double your impact this year! | | | | $1,000 GIFT CAMPAIGN Malashock seeks to inspire 30 individuals to give $1000 above and beyond their regular gift, in order to reach a goal of 30 supporters at the $1000 level. These 30 individuals will receive special recognition for their generosity. | | | | DANCE PARTNERS CAMPAIGN Malashock Dance seeks donors to “partner” with each of our dancers this Season at the $3000 level. Make a deep and lasting connection with a dancer, and directly support the individual artist’s salary, costumes, and wellness program throughout the season. | | | | | | | |  | NEW CLASS SCHEDULE! In honor of 30 years of Malashock Dance and 10 years of the Malashock Dance School, we are relaunching our school in January to include new GENRES and INSTRUCTORS for both adults and kids. Contemporary Ballet, Hip-Hop, Pilates, and Acro are just a few of the new offerings we have coming up! Registration is already up on our website for our Children's/Teen Spring Session, as well as descriptions of all our new classes and teacher bios. Join us for a special open house week starting January 8 and your first time taking any of our new classes, whether kid or adult, is FREE. Adult students in ANY CLASS receive a ticket good for one "happy hour drink special" and a chance to enter the raffle at our Open House Happy Hour, graciously hosted by our friends at The Lot. Make sure to mark your calendars for January 12th, 6-8pm. Malashock Dance will also be performing at the event!!! The more classes you attend, the more tickets you get! | | | | FREE DAY OF DANCE!
